Like everyone on the planet, my resolution this year is to loose 8 million pounds. I’m OK with eating healthy, but how come every article that talks about healthy eating says to “just grab a handful of almonds” for a snack?! They all say this like almonds are so delicious and chomping on a raw, unsalted, mealy almond is the most amazing snack. It’s not delicious, and it’s really hard to motivate myself to reach into the cupboard for almonds. Chocolate chips on hand for “baking”, yes, almonds, no.
